Product Introduction

The dedicated chiller unit for grinding machines is one of the models of chillers. It cools water at room temperature to a certain temperature through the compressor of the chiller to enhance the cooling of the mold or machine. It is used as a standalone unit, with a built-in fan as the heat dissipation device. There are mainly three interconnected systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, and electrical self-control system.

1. This product adopts a touch sensitive waterproof and dustproof control panel, with adjustable cooling temperature of 3-30 ℃. The contactor belongs to Schneider of France and LG series of South Korea. The control system adopts a modular design and is equipped with multiple protection devices such as acid and alkali protection, current overload protection, high and low voltage protection, and time delay protection. If there is a fault, it will alarm and display the fault in a timely manner
2. This product adopts a brand new imported compressor, belonging to the Sanyo, Gulun, and Panasonic series, which makes the energy efficiency ratio of the product higher. The condenser adopts an efficient fin design, and the evaporator adopts an efficient internal threaded copper tube water tank coil design, which can effectively improve the thermal effect and is easy to clean
3. The water pump is selected from Italy and Taiwan, with high flow and high head. It is safe, ultra static, energy-saving and durable. The body shell is coated with electrostatic powder paint, which is beautiful and elegant. It is equipped with a stainless steel water tank, which is easy and fast to clean. The water tank contains a floating ball automatic water replenishment device, which can be used to measure and control the water level, effectively saving customers time and improving work efficiency
